White Umbrella Poem

We met at a park bench
The wind had started blowing
Filling up my nostrils with cool currents
I could feel it caressing my cheeks
Making the hairs at the back of my neck
To stand like they were ready for battle
The park was slowly being abandoned
Leaves of autumn slithering away
Clearing the cabro pavement
The songs of the birds had stopped

Happy New Year My Love Poem

I have seen another year with you
It has been a wonderful 365 days with you
spending time in your arms kept me sane
leaning into your chest gave me breathe
Listening to your voice rendered me peaceful
Holding onto the dreams of us
Gave me the courage to love even more
You have been my anchor
The reason my smile never faded
Last year you stayed with me

The Only Memories I Have Poem

The messages on my phone
Are the only memories of you I  have
Travelled on the road alone
In tumulus times on windy days
The way you called my name still lingers on me
Because only you could raise
The very veins that carry my blood to the heart
I miss holding you close
Dancing to our classic love songs
On the radio

Dim Not The Lights Poem

Journey of a solitary man

I seem to be walking alone on this journey
Yet people surround me every day
Like slow motions in ocean currents
I see my life slowly unveil
A journey I have sometimes failed its test
Only comforted that I am only human
Yet a reward for living
Is breathing freely this city air I know
Mastered my craft
Have I really? Can I say I am here?
Living, Breathing, Loving, Hating, Forgiving
Leaders have been made before me
Others still knock at dreamless doors
To tell my story would be a fallacy
Lie brewed in unchartered emotions

Autumn Leaves are Falling Poem

It is already December
I have memories of our times together
You have been on my mind
My thoughts have wondered around our time
lingering on sunny days
Moonless nights to behold
Sandy shores of laughter
I have known happiness
I have felt gladness
In your arms

Umbrella For My Tears Poem

I’m at that point in my life
Where I don’t want to exist anymore
It seems my life is never getting better
I feel like I am in this existence
Of a black hole with no end in sight
I don’t think I want to be here right now
I want life to get better not be this worse
I am wasting away and I need to get out
It’s not that I don’t care what happened
I just lost passion for life

Umbrella for April Showers Poem

I can feel the first scent
Of April showers
Touching the earth
Emitting a warm fragrance
The yummy smell of wet soil
Makes me crave having you close to me
I step outside and look up towards the clouds
A drop of rain falls at the tip of my nose
I stick my tongue out
To taste the fresh rain straight from the clouds

Secrets Of An Umbrella Poem

I have been your secret love
Sharing stolen kisses with you
Moments that I kept private
Loving all the moments together
The adventure too mind blowing
I wanted to tell the whole world
Scream at the top of my lungs
Embrace you whenever I wanted
I knew you were not free to love
I wanted to believe you were mine

My Dad's Umbrella Poem

You call me your little princess
The girl who makes your heart race
The only person who make you smile
You protect me like a chicken does its chicks
I have been a part of your life
You have been the best part of me
I feel safe holding your hand
Looking up to you I only see strength
Carrying me on your shoulder
I can see the whole world that

Grey Umbrella Poem

I sleep with a broken heart
Because I have been a fool at love
I stumbled upon an old torn grey umbrella
Out of it feel a crumpled up note
A love letter I discovered it was
All the words I had heard you say
All the whispered poems in my ears
The love notes you shared with mw
Were all written in that piece of paper
You said you had never loved another

Brown Umbrella Poem

I am tired of living in a memory
A memory that haunts me to the core
You left my heart with sorrow
Now I am scared of the world
I never want to feel again because of you
Love has become a foreign language
Every beat in my heart aches
Colours do not make sense anymore
I have been afraid to fall again
Doubts have filled every part of me

Perfection of Barefeet Poem

When the music fades
Grass turns brown
Dew refuses to fall
Turbines grind away dust
Dawn intermingles with dusk
Black opera sounds at the touch of violins
Maestros dance
Dinner shaved into tumulus creations
Dotted laughter cakes of clay arms folded charging bulls
Dust rising from a forgotten graveyard airs up the tunnel

Getting Lost In a Trembling Heart Poem

I want to get lost in everything
Get lost in you
Let you get lost in me
I want to feel so many things with you
Disappear into the bliss of life
Bury yourself in me and let the world disappear
Pains left at the feet of Angels
Heal yourself in my heart
Drench away bad memories
Let me touch your bleeding heart

Bells Shadowed by Battles Poem

It’s a full moon outside
Heaven has opened up and shone silver lights
Twinkling starts scatter the black night
Sky smooth sensations of a lucky touch
I hear bells chiming
Resonating a beautiful music of the heart
Tears are to be gone
Worries swallowed by love’s shadows
Cool breezes touch a skin hot with regrets
Parasites try a battle lost

Retribution in The Night Sky Poem

I have seen the sky black as coal
Smelled sweet jasmine flowers
Never has the sky seemed blacker
Or Jasmine flowers smelled heavenly
Like the first day of a new year with you in mind
Silent vows made to never trust bricks
Laid to hide the heart or tears sworn to be the last have been scattered
Melodies begin to sound warmer
Love songs now make sense
Every heat of the afternoon sun feels like magic

Song of The Midnight Poem

A desert song I heard
From your pounding heart beats a rhythm of prose words
That lends meaning to a lonesome world
I have been shattered
Yet you picked the million pieces
A thirsty soul
You quenched with your understanding of who I am
Who I was becomes irrelevant on this journey
Ending tonight
I begin a new chapter a story rewritten in the hands of destiny

Always And Forever Poem

Looking down at me
As I look up into your eyes
Causes the earth to shift beneath me
And the moon to seem much brighter than usual
You are the very air that I breathe
The rose that oozes sweet erotic perfume
The stubble on your chin
Intimidates the lonesome feelings that threaten to explode
You give me the best of you
I try to give you the best of me I can

A Heart Not Mine Poem

I watched you love another as my heart broke into millions of pieces
I wanted to touch you yet I knew you were not mine
All I could think of was your fingertips in mine
Your kiss I desired so much to the point of insanity
Waiting as if watching a plant germinate and grow from the soil
I knew you could never be mine
Your heart belonged to someone else…her
All the feelings that kept coming to the surface
I tried to hide and laugh with you
Knowing I loved you so much that every part of me hurt

After Dark Then Comes You Poem

I feared the dark when you were away and not with me
The silence deafened my loneliness causing it to be great
I held myself so as to chase away the cold I was feeling
Impatience taught me nothing about waiting for you
Feelings of loss and grief haunted me
Creating a vacuum I could not run away from
My love endures the night knowing you will be back
Because after the dark then comes you
Nighttime feels longer than necessary
As it drags without any mercy knowing my heart waits

Stay Until I Wake Up Poem

I fear waking up without your scent next to me
Sleeping in your beautiful arms gives me a sense of confidence
I do not have any nightmares at when darkness comes at night
Whenever you stay until I wake up
Opening my eyes and seeing your smile
Makes my heart beat so fast only your kiss can slow it down
Your face is what I long to see
Whenever I hear the birds sing that it is morning already
Stay until I wake up
So I can tell you of the dream I had of you and me
