White Umbrella Poem

We met at a park bench
The wind had started blowing
Filling up my nostrils with cool currents
I could feel it caressing my cheeks
Making the hairs at the back of my neck
To stand like they were ready for battle
The park was slowly being abandoned
Leaves of autumn slithering away
Clearing the cabro pavement
The songs of the birds had stopped

Secrets Of An Umbrella Poem

I have been your secret love
Sharing stolen kisses with you
Moments that I kept private
Loving all the moments together
The adventure too mind blowing
I wanted to tell the whole world
Scream at the top of my lungs
Embrace you whenever I wanted
I knew you were not free to love
I wanted to believe you were mine

My Dad's Umbrella Poem

You call me your little princess
The girl who makes your heart race
The only person who make you smile
You protect me like a chicken does its chicks
I have been a part of your life
You have been the best part of me
I feel safe holding your hand
Looking up to you I only see strength
Carrying me on your shoulder
I can see the whole world that

Grey Umbrella Poem

I sleep with a broken heart
Because I have been a fool at love
I stumbled upon an old torn grey umbrella
Out of it feel a crumpled up note
A love letter I discovered it was
All the words I had heard you say
All the whispered poems in my ears
The love notes you shared with mw
Were all written in that piece of paper
You said you had never loved another

Brown Umbrella Poem

I am tired of living in a memory
A memory that haunts me to the core
You left my heart with sorrow
Now I am scared of the world
I never want to feel again because of you
Love has become a foreign language
Every beat in my heart aches
Colours do not make sense anymore
I have been afraid to fall again
Doubts have filled every part of me

Burberry Umbrella Wish Poem

A broken hearted girl
Sits on a cold hard bench
Watching as life slowly ebbs out of her
Waiting in fear of loneliness
The wind beating on her l innocence
Shivering and wishing for warmth
Her world had just crumbled down
Everything she knew to be true
Shattered into millions of pieces
She had loved with everything

Pink Umbrella Poem

It feels like I have loved you for a thousand years
My heart beats fast
As I walk towards you veil on my face
You stand alone at the end of the isle
All the doubts I have seem to disappear
I have adored you all my life
All the beauty that I know
All the happiness I have experienced
Every breath that I have taken
Every hour spent searching

Umbrella For My Tears Poem

I’m at that point in my life
Where I don’t want to exist anymore
It seems my life is never getting better
I feel like I am in this existence
Of a black hole with no end in sight
I don’t think I want to be here right now
I want life to get better not be this worse
I am wasting away and I need to get out
It’s not that I don’t care what happened
I just lost passion for life

Umbrella Kiss Poem

It hurt so much
Knowing you had walked away
Looking outside
Through the rain drenched window
I could still see your shadow moving away
The piercing in my heart would not stop
The short breaths became labored
As my soul shriveled up
The tears trailing my face
Dropping on the tiled floor

Red Umbrella Poem

Truth is
I have been trying to find you
Amidst these layers of a broken down heart
I have been searching for that love
That was so profound it weakened me
I have loved you for so long
It has become a sickening madness in my heart
Yet I love it
I have so much I want to tell you, show you, to give you
Truth is
I have no way of finding your heart
Lost in emotions of anger, regret, disappointments
Everything I have searched for I met in you
I have been alone for long enough
Going for a walk with your hand in mine
Was enough to chase away the urge of running backwards?
Truth is
You are the only man I have loved with no disdain
No immaturity or impatience
Your understanding of the real me
Made me have things in my own way
Learning to let go of unnecessary pains and hurts
Truth is
I keep reaching out to you on a solitude night
Wondering if taking a break from you was a wise choice
I could have fought for our love
Yet I felt like you had already left us
The sands of time have slowly slipped by
You have not been forgotten or wished away
Even when the memories are as cruel as an oncoming hurricane
Your presence is awaited with bated breath
Truth is
I still want you in my life for keeps, forever even
Standing on a lifetime of memories that we had built together
The back drop of a beautiful sunset reminds me that you still are
I miss your embrace that still linger on me
I remember the red umbrella
Where we had our first kiss before the rain began to pour
It was the last Valentines that we were together

Black Umbrella Poem

Downcast under the heavy autumn rain
The black umbrella felt its bearing
Walking into the small café on a lonely street
Waiting to watch you play your acoustic guitar
A dark mist covers the stage that is your heart
Because she left you in disarray on an eclipse moon
You now feel the strings refusing to play your tune
Yet you understand the language of love so well
Drinking in the overshadowed smirk on your lips
The exotic chocolate brown of your frowning brow
That has been filled with reflective sorrows
Left in the cold to feel the cruel gusts of insignificant rejection
Unkind emotions only known by a soul such as yours
Coming undone at the seams
Ripped at the very core by a heartbreak so beautiful
Walking into the door reaching for a stool
It was only yesterday that I saw your poster
Inviting yesterday’s feelings to today’s sentiments
The black umbrella closed dripping some rain droplets
On the black and white chequered floors
As if on cue you began to belt a tune from your mahogany guitar
Telling a love story of young souls meeting for the first time
A balcony I can picture in my made up mind
Taking me somewhere I have never been before
Feeling like I’m sneaking into a heart I had been denied
Completely afraid of letting go of my almost dried black umbrella
A promise to show me your tenderness
Saying goodbye to kind-heartedness that I am used to
Now I know we will be alright under your fine tunes played well
Meet me halfway and you can be my quintessence
Black umbrella brought me here, now, forever
